Clear yellow blond beer, big creamy slightly irregular solid white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: some grains, hay, a little spicy, some paprika powder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, pretty bitter, grains, toast, a bit soapy, slightly vegetal touch. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, grassy touch, dry, slightly malty, refreshing but not as refined as the Waldhaus Hell.

Clear yellow blond beer, big aery irregular white head, crackling down very quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: a little hoppy, grassy touch, a bit malty, pretty metallic, more grains, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, slightly sweet, hoppy, a bit floral, fruity touch, some apples, pears, soft acidity, malty touch. Aftertaste: some citrus notes, very refreshing, a hint of banana, hoppy, grassy, pleasant, slightly sweet in the finish, overall a refreshing Helles.

Clear pale yellow to light blond beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, pretty fruity, some passion fruits, floral notes, citrus fruits, zesty, some rosemary. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit yeasty, very floral, fruity touch, some pears, a bit sweet, piny notes. Aftertaste: fruity, grapefruit, very floral, yeasty, a bit of a soapy bitterness, some pomelo, candied orange peel, nice stuff!
