12 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. This one hits all the marks for a NEIPA. Hazy yellow gold color, large frothy white head, bready malt aroma with sweet citrusy notes. Nice lacing as well. Sweet malt and citrus fruit flavors. Notes of lemon, tangerine, pineapple and passion fruit. Creamy mouthfeel. A touch of grapefruit on the backend. Excellent balance and flavor. Nicely done.

12 ounce can. Hazy yellow gold color. Foamy beige head. Yeasty, bready wheat malt nose. Flavor is sweet, bready malt with spicy notes. Hints of orange in middle. Peppery hop finish. Tasty.

On tap at Good Night Irene’s in Wildwood, NJ. Honey Gold color. Foamy white head is minimal. Mild biscuit aroma. Flavor is grainy malt, lemony citrus and peppery hops. Light bodied, but flavorful.

12 ounce can. Barely translucent dark brown color. Dense frothy tan head. Clinging lace. Roasted malt aroma. Some earthy coffee notes. Flavor follows nose. Roasted malt, brewed coffee, a hint of dark chocolate and some dark corn syrup. Sticky mouthfeel. Brief roasted malt finish.

12 ounce can. Amber orange color. Frothy beige head. Earthy sweet malt aroma. Flavor is bittersweet rye malt. Lots of spice and earthiness. Hints of bitter orange and black pepper in the finish. Quite tasty.

12 ounce can. Opaque dark brown color. Remarkably dense tan head. Excellent lacing. Rich roasted malt aroma. Notes of chocolate and charred wood. Bittersweet roasted malt flavor upfront. Big bitter hop bite. Complex and spicy. Notes of grapefruit and pine in the intense finish. Excellent!

12 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Barely translucent dark brown color. Large frothy tan head. Excellent clinging lace. Roasted malt aroma hints at coffee. Flavor is sweet roasted malt. Notes of coffee and vanilla. Medium bodied with a somewhat creamy mouthfeel. Coffeeish, chocolatey finish.

Pours light hazy gold into a snifter. Bright white head with good retention recedes to hug rim. Mango and passion fruit aromas. Soft with sweet pear, caramel, and honey upfront turning to earthy sour earth, heather and overripe fruit skin in the lasting finish.
