Draught at Manchester Public Eatery, Vancouver
Dark amber color. The aroma hits with a nice nuttiness. The mouthfeel is lean, dry, with delicate toasty notes; correct bitterness; the final gets a bit creamy.
A different one; pleasant.

650mL bottle, pours near-black with a small beige head. Aroma of light roast, caramel malt and some mild hop presence. Flavour brings out dry coffee, light roast, some woody hops and a bit of caramel. Quite dry and well-balanced, but lacking much depth or oomph. Solid stuff.

Nice dark body but little head. Slightly sweet aroma with roasted barley notes. Good drinkability and a decent palate with a balanced mix between the sweetness and the barley roast.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a beautiful orangey amber with a small beige head. Aroma of big syrupy caramel malts and not much else - very pleasant nose though. Flavour of salted caramel--very true to the name--, with corn syrup and caramel malts. ABV is well-hidden, and the flavour profile is well-constructed. Solid stuff.

650 ml bottle. Pours a very dark red/brown with light head. Aromas of pine, grapefruit, roasted malts and caramel. Flavors of citrus: orange and lime, roasted malt and a little coffee. Nice though a bit thin.

Poured from 341mL bottle. Clear pale golden colour with white head and substantial bubbles. Some light malt aromas with watermelon jolly rancher. Tastes like it smells, but very light, almost watery.

341ml bottle. Pours a dark gold/brown with light head. Aroma of malts and spice. Flavors of nutmeg and all-spice (and maybe cinnamon) overpowering the malt and leaving just an acidic bitter finish. Not a fan of this one. Try and find the Lost Soul instead.
