Tap at Bull and Bush - clear gold - they used honey in this, and it is clear on the approach, as it dominates the flavor - strong honey sweetness, followed by some light gray touches, lightly earthy phenolics, mild tropical fruit - a slight note of pepper on the tail end - linger clover honey taste in the finish - not bad, just too sweet.

Tap @ brewpub. 2012 vintage. A bit hazy, red orange appearance with an off white head. Rich fruity, pretty sweet, floral hoppy aroma. Big floral, citrus hoppy flavor with a big, rich fruity, sweet caramel malty flavor. Pretty smooth for 12%.

Tap @ brewpub. Dark brown/black appearance with a dark brown head. Sweet whipped cream, rich vanilla, milk chocolate aroma that is incredibly inviting. Roasty dark chocolate malty flavor that really does taste like French Vanilla ice cream! Surprisingly fun to drink.

Tap @ brewpub. Deep brown/black appearance with a light brown head. Roasty dark chocolate malty, moderate espresso, black cherry aroma. Burnt roasty, a bit charred malty flavor with a slightly medicinal cherry flavor. Not my favorite.

Tap @ brewpub. Clear, golden orange appearance with a white head. A touch spicy, citrus fruity, sweet pale malty flavor. Lots of apricot and peach in. the flavor along with a citrusy sweetness. Kind of one dimensional.
