(Bottle, Delirium Café, Brussels, 26 Oct 2014) Pale golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of grainy malt, tropical fruit and peaches. Malty, fruity taste with tropical fruit, peaches, candy sugar, grainy malt and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. A bit sharp and sweet, not overly complex, but fairly tasty. Quite nice.

Bottle. A clear one, golden in color and with a creamy, off-white head leaving lacings. The aroma has quite a lot of banana, with white sugar, pears and some grass. Alcohol notes. It’s quite dry on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation level. Bitter flavor with a generic fruityness, pale malts, grains and some resins. Lasting finish. A decent one, but a bit sweet, thin and boring. 141231

Tap at Lemmys, Leiden. Poured a clear reddish brown with a frothy white head and lots of clingy lace. The aroma is sweet malt. The flavour is moderate sweet with a rich malty, yeast, light aniseed, rich red berry fruit, palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle, thanks Eddan. Clear dark golden with a small white head. Aroma of fruit, some light spices, apricot and some alcohol. Similar taste. The body was rather weak on this one. Drinkable but not that special.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast, malt and alcohol, with notes of fruit. Sweetish flavour of malt and fruit, with notes of caramel and yeast, complemented by balanced, hoppy bitterness. Bittersweet aftertaste. Decent but nothing really extraordinary.
