Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A very clear bright red amber coloured pour with a a small halo of off white . Aroma is semi sweet, bruised apple, strawberry notes, stewed fruit, red berries. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, fruit cobbler, jammy fruits, berries, quince, light flroal notes. Palate is medium sweet, mellow carbonation. Good, interesting.

Nose is mellow apple, stewed fruit, herb, hedgerow, quince.
Taste comprises bitter sweet apples, light sugars, apple core, caramelised brown sugars, tannins.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close.
Tidy enough drop for a flavoured cider.

1/5/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear almost colourless with a few bubbles. Aroma is subtle, floral, apple, blossom, white wine, woody edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Light carbonation. Drying slight tannic finish.

Sample thanks to danlo. Pours a clear reddish purple, gentle carbonation. Aroma of hedgerow berries, blackberry, blueberry. Flavour profile follows suit, nicely fruity with juicy tart moments and a light acidity. Not bad.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 04/02/24. Golden to light amber with a good sized white cap as it goes for a cider. Nose is crisp apple, caramel, vinous notes, hedgerow, straw, light sugar dusting. Taste comprises toffee apple, tannins, hint of vanilla icing, straw, tannins, light cloveish spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid well balanced cider. Definitely the best Tasmanian cider I've ever had ... also the worst mind!

Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A crystal clear very pale petrol coloured pour with a small fading white fizz. Aroma is lovely, fresh, fruity apple, pear, floral notes, crisp white wine, vinous funk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, floral apple, crisp white wine, light woody tannin, Palate is crisp and light, moderate carbonation. Nice intriguing cider.

Sweet to begin with, very nice bitterness develops, with light tartness and dryness. Medium body. Low carbonation. Great complexity. Enjoyed this.

750ml wired cork bottle. 2021 Vintage. Opened with a pop. Orange golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, fleshy, funk hint. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, alittle wood, funk and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
