500 mL bottle poured, purchased at the brewery. Listed at 7%. Bottled 11/15/23, and in turn was sold for half price at the brewery. Nice to find a good product like this in a unique style, enjoyed for just a few bucks. Cloudy copper / amber appearance, dense, with plenty of off white foam head. Bran grains, slightly sweet bready notes on the aroma. Layered malt character, medium bodied, very flavorful brew. Bready malts hang on. Toasty, with a gentle caramel. Smooth drinking brew for sure. I usually look to Four Generals as my go to for all their low abv beers, but this one fits in to their line up quite nicely. Enjoyed this.

Bottled, huge thanks Gregor! Darker brown body, off-white head. Nutty, caramelly, chocolatey aroma, pleasant. Lean, dry taste, dark chocolate, black malt, nutty, grainy, bit creamy, even slightly floral by the finish. Quite a pleasant Schwarzbier, very well made!

Bottle. Dark brow, offwhite low lace. Roasted, chocolate, a bit rural nose. Medium full sweet, lightly cakelike, pleasant roast, some minerals, singed hay, grassy, light herbal bitter backstop, intense, but well balanced.

Bottle, many thanks Gregor! Brown color with off-white head. Aroma is chocolate, earthy, a bit grainy. Taste is grainy, muckefuck, dry-ish finish. Chewy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Alright, not bad!

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Four Generals. A glowing golden orange appearance, thin film head, sticky lacing. Nice IPA here, full of bold, earthy grain, and soft juicy hops. Crisp front with a smooth finish. Lots of IPL character. Hazy IPL? A slightly nutty grain in the finish. Remains juicy on the hop side. Cool finish. Unique, and interesting IPA here.

Draft pour to a schooner, enjoyed at Four Generals, Renton. Gold medal brew always deserves a try. Pours a dark cola brown color. Rich, doughy malts, and a milk chocolate, somewhat dry cocoa character to follow. Candy bar linger. It's not too sweet, but it is noticeably a headlining characteristic, as it probably should be in a milk stout. Verg flavorful. Near absent, cocoa like aroma. The late palate presents a pure chocolate which I love, and it keeps me drinking this one. A nice dessert stout. Could think of lots that would probably pair nicely with a brew like this.

Draft pour pint, enjoyed at Four Generals. Clean and bright golden appearance. Thin fizz head, active carb. A touch of smoke and wood on the aroma. Pretty subtle. Light brew indications. Very gentle smoke in this lighter helles. No expert on the style by any means, but I feel like they did an excellent job on the level of smoke provided here. It drinks super smooth and easy. Refreshing, and the touch of smoke keeps it going down. I am a big fan of this beer. Excellent execution.

Draft pour at WA Brewers Festival. Started off with a brewery I visited once about a year ago. I'll try to tell my brewery visit stories in my rates at this festival, because everyone cares.. Nice hazy here. Cloudy golden yellow pour. Fresh orange fruit and grassy hop aroma. Flavor has a tropical like happiness to it, an almost banana like quality as well. Slightly sweet, but lingers into a bold, moderate bitter hop. Refreshing IPA here with a nice, long lasting cream finish. Good stuff.
