500mL bottle. Pours mahagony with an off-white head. Huge vinous notes and rustic bugginess on the nose. Flavour is also quite buggy with nice, musty red wine grapes, slightly floral. Great rustic, vinous wild ale.

Hazy, with a good apricot nose. Bright, fruity, and a bit tart, but that seems to bring out a lot of really nice fruit.

Slight haze. Pale. Bright white wine aroma. Relatively simple on the palate, but balanced, with good complexity.

Can pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a lightly hazed bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has dusty brett, some rustic notes, and a touch of apricot—pretty dry. Flavour reveals very bright, puckering apricot upfront, a champagne-like effervescence, and a touch of brett. Finishes with tons of bright, acidic apricot and high carbonation. Good.

Can pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a clear dull golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some tired brett and dull earthiness. Flavour is a little brighter, with some yeasty fragrance, earthiness, and armpits. Not a great brett expression. Not working for me.

Can pour at Bottle Fest 2025. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Fungal locked room smell on the nose. Flavour is kinda thin, weak yeast profile, a bit sweaty. Unfortunate.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Clear pale blonde with dissipating white head. White wine forward like a pinot gris, feint saison yeast in the background. Prefer this white grape character over its red grape sister Kismet.

[notes] Poured from can @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Clear-ish brown with small white head. Mild coconut, vanilla, foeder come through, okay.
