[2/18/23] Draught at Dok Brewing in Gent. Cloudy amber. Malt, yeast, caramel, frutiiness, sweet, a bit spicy, strong bitterness.

Lots of honey but it's not overly sweet. Well, at least it wouldn't be for 300ml but a pint is work, though satisfying. I'm fascinated by how different this tastes from other beers I've had.

The house beer, my first kaimiškas, the traditional Lithuanian country beer style. Certainly its own beast, very unique. This is unboiled, unfiltered & unpasteurized. Grassy, sweet, a bit of diacetyl, which is apparently common with traditional beers here
