Bottle sample at Mondial Des Cidres, pours a dark golden / bronze. Nose brings out light smokiness, with treacle toffee, bready caramel and baked apple pie. Flavour follows through, with a wonderful mix of spirit, baked apples, treacle toffee and bready caramel. Nice incorporation of the spirit. Excellent.

Bottle sample at Mondial Des Cidres, pours a hazy golden bronze. Aroma brings out baked, stewed apples, bready caramel, and a touch of toffee. Flavour is along the same lines, with stewed apples, light toffee and bready caramel. Lacking the complexity and depth that some other ice ciders have but this is still very nice.

A hazed blonde cider with aroma of tart apples, light hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet tart mix apples, green hops, light mineral notes, light Epsom salts, nice. Cask at Mondial des Cidres 2019.

Hazy dull blond color. Very nice aroma, sour apples, apple pie. Moderate sweetness, gentle carbonation, the apple ice cider flavor is somewhere mid of the pack, drinkable but without depth.
