Just a light amber colour. No head. Slight carbonation. There's a little bit of that brown sugar and apple aroma. Rich deep brown sugar stuff, a fair bit of acidity, really nice.

375mL bottle, pours a clear golden caramel, no head. Aroma brings out caramel apples, toffee, brown sugar, and alcohol. Flavour is intense, with lots of caramel, toffee, brown sugar, alcohol and some candied sugar. Complex and elegant. Phenomenal stuff.

A golden cider with aroma of butterscotch, light apples, strange and unpleasant. In mouth, a strange sweet mix of tart apples, buttery notes, grapeskin, blaaahhh... On tap at L’autre oeil.

A burgundy red cider with a thin white head. In aroma, loads of raspberry jam, light acidity, light mineral notes, nice. In mouth, a nice mix of apples and raspberry jam, light acidity, light mineral notes, apple skins, nice. On tap at L’autre oeil.
