A golden amber cider with a pleasant aroma of apple sauce, maple and light black pepper. Thick. In mouth, a sweet lightly lactic cider, rich and smooth, with definite black pepper notes, spicy, a lot of alcohol warmth. This is quite a surprise. Bottle bought at mondial 2007.

A dark yellowish ice cider, with a pleasant baked apple pie aroma, wth some caramel notes. In mouth, a dryish ice cider, with sweet apple compote, some harsh notes of alcohol, dehydrating the mouth. Not bad. Bought from producer at Oktoberfest des Quebecois, Oct. 2006, Mascouche.
