Description
Outland is a brewery founded in 2011 on the principles of American « homebrewing » : eclecticism, British and American inspired styles and recipes, technical precision, perpetual creativity and experimentation.

Outland is located in Fontenay-sous-Bois (Val-de-Marne), and the 300 square meter production site includes one brewing system and seven fermentation tanks.

Outland is the first French brewery to develop a range of « brut » beers, which have no residual sugars. Whether it’s our Session IPA, American IPA, or Brut IPA, the spotlight is on the fresh and fruity flavors that come from our hops !

We regularly collaborate with other artisans from a multitude of domains (cocktail, coffee, style, music, arts) to create original and festive events that are centered around the theme of quality « craft ».

Keg at Les Trois 8, Paris as West Coast IPA at 7%. It pours lightly hazy dark amber with a thick beige head. The nose is fresh grapefruit, pine, sherbet, varnish, toffee, oily hops and resin. The taste is bitter, decent level of maltage, pine, varnish, resin, burnt toffee, chewy malt and grapefruit. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Has a nice old-skool West-Coast vibe. Rather nice.

Tasty 3.8% A beautiful deep orange copper with a hoppy juicy orange nose. The taste is hoppy orange quite bitter. This feels like a bigger beer except for the very dry bitter finish which gives away its low ABV origin.
