Enjoyed on draft at Diamond Knot, MLT. Pours a clean copper color eith a patchy foam. Really citrus forward west coast, and a huge jump away from the regular IPA profile from these guys. Tons of fruity grapefruit and zesty peel bitterness that lingers. Juicy, low sweet citrus constant. Lots of juicy hops. Flavorful, refreshing, bold and juicy all at the same time. Very well put together brew here.

Draft pout enjoyed at Diamond Knot, MLT. Ordered assuming golden ale, and first sip, definitely Belgian Golden. Clean, shiny gold appearance, sticky head and lacing. Some sweet banana like notes on the aroma. Floral and banana flavor, with an icy cool finish. Flavorful and refreshing golden here. Really enjoyed this.

Bomber. Aroma is bready, lime, floral, Smarties. Pours nearly clear deep golden with a one+ finger cream-white head with excellent retention. Taste has a moderate malty sweetness backed by a mild herbal hop bitterness with flavors of bready malt, lime, herbal hops. Nice creamy mouthfeel. Not bad at all.

Sampled from the tap at the Edmonds Oktoberfest. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has straw and grain with grass and a hint of lemon underlying. Flavor combines straw and grass with hay and lemon backing.

Can from Seattle Beer Company. Pours much like a Guinness. Quite dark brown with a beige head that cascades. Aroma is sort of chocolate with something making me think rum. Smooth dark malt. Med body or almost. Flavor is coffee, chocolate and brown sugar - so why rum in my mind? Suggestion? Any it is a tasty thing and has nothing like tropical fruit. It’s reasonably towards dry and decently bitter. Flavor is good. Nice stout.

Tap at Watering Hole. Clear amber colour, small off white head. Aroma not so much, light tropical fruit, bit of citrus. Quite weak but not unpleasant. Taste has expected bitterness, quite subtle though. Bit of orange at the end, and a bitter finish. Grapefruit. Quite drinkable. Not that exciting though. Lost something on the way over maybe.

Bottle at home. Doesn’t seem like a bomber type of beer. Amber pour small frothy head. Nose is caramel and pine. Tastes of caramel, brown sugar, earthy, grapefruit, pine, orange zest. Thinner but pleasant enough palate.

Draft pour pint to the Diamond Knot signature dimpled mug at their MLT location. A darker copper golden pour, some cloudiness, a patchy foam head. Grain forward aroma, with a slight spice. Flavor is heavy with nutty grains, some citrus. Malt forward IPA here, and bold. Lingering peanut shell grains and some grapefruit like bitterness. Tasty IPA overall.
