Bottle @ Borefts ’13, I think thx to Koeltschtrinker (spelling?). Hazy orange colour with a huge white head. It gushed iirc. Smells sourish and lots of yeast. Tastes sour and yeasty. Thin to medium body and nice carbo.

Draught at the brauhaus
Cloudy dark blond color, compact head. Delicate, interesting aroma of lemon and lactic acid. Light mouthfeel; I would prefer having some malt or wheat flavor; elegant and mild lemony character, mild acidity, light bread touch; low bitterness.
Simple but nice.

Bottle, thanks to Roman. It pours hazy straw yellow with a small fizzy white head. The nose is dough, lemon juice, musty, farmyard, vinegar, sour yoghurt, lightly smoked cheese, caramelised banana and a touch of underlying sweetness. The taste is sour lemon, sherbet, tart green apple, moderate acidity, citric, cheap white wine, lactic acid, yoghurt and pickled onion monster munch with a dry finish. Light body and high, prickly carbonation. A very interesting beverage indeed. Very refreshing and enjoyable.

Bottle (with best regards to Rian!)Pale golden, hazy, small (off-)white head, lemon-juice, green apples in the tart, pretty Gueuze-like nose; solid dry sour and bitter flavour, not too dry, light bodied but not watery at all; lingering dry citrussy finish with hints of Brett in the finish. A great east-german Gueuze…

Bottle: Poured a pale clear yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of lactic sourness notes with some light wheat malt notes. Taste is mostly dominated by lactic notes with some quite intense sour notes and some acidity. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Well brewed though maybe a tad too much acidity for my taste.

50 cl bottle @ HBF ’11. Rated on 09.04.2010
The bottle had another label under the first one!
Aroma is sourish with some apples and sour cream. Flavour is rather sour and somewhat tart with sour cream, green apples and wheat. Feels almost like a lambic. Refreshing and good!
