Description
Brewing Brothers is founded on the belief that simplicity is best. We feel that by offering simple products we are able to focus more time on quality over quantity.

Established in 2016 by Ned and Charlie after a visit to the U.S. where they came across brewhouses. It dawned on them that the UK was falling behind in the world of craft beer. They also felt that here in the UK, the art of brewing beer is widely unappreciated, often left to an anonymous character behind closed doors. The americans celebrate the brewer and marvel at the brewery. This spurred the need for change in Ned and Charlie. So, in August 2016, with the help of Billy they opened the doors to the first of the brewing brothers brewhouses.

Can sourced from Art & Craft SW16 at home in London - 01/12/2025 New UK brewery โœ… lots of juicy tangerine and mango, some papaya, soft sweet malty backing with a medium body and nice substantial mouthfeel, robust solid hoppy finish. Very nice first impression.

440ml can from Middle Farm. Poured a very slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a shortโ€”lived, frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, grapefruit citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, crisp, juicy, light tart grapefruit, light dry pepper spice, hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Tasty!

440ml can from The Imperial, Hastings and shared in Kuala Lumpur. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, light dank, light toffee. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, smooth, light toffee caramel, light piney, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. I expected a more bitter beer. Nevertheless, it still impressed.
