Can. Grainy aroma. Grainy sweet flavor. Just a pale lager with an ABV boosted by sugar. Perfumed, especially in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Pink, cloudy. Strawberry juice and some citrus in the aroma. Sweet and sour flavor with strawberry notes. Hint of banana in the background. Lovely in its fruity freshness

Bottle found in Ruhpolding, Golden color. Malty plummy, slightly floral aroma and flavor. Medium bodied. Sweetish, fruity. Fairly tasty. Better as expected.

Bottle. Blonde. Soft lemon and yeast aroma. Sweetish lemony flavor with soft yeasty notes. Banana sweets. Not too bad.

Straight from can. Nose: grains, corn, faint fruitiness. Light to medium body. Lively carbonation. Taste: grain, corn, apple seeds, alcohol, hop traces. Low bitterness. No class.

Habe mich lang gegen die Verkostung dieses Biers gewehrt. Hatte Angst ein Bekannter erwischt mich im Supermarkt dabei, wie ich ein Oettinger kaufe. Man hat ja doch einen Ruf zu verlieren… Geruch sehr süßlich, nicht direkt angenehm. Geschmacklich fällt viel Malz und viel Süße auf. Im Hintergrund etwas vergoren fruchtig. Ab dem Mittelteil etwas wässrig. Überzeugt mich nicht.
