Tap at 3 Brewers Heartland Deep golden color bordering on amber with a rich white head that persists. Old school feel with lots of bready caramel and bits of citrus and pine to counter. Nothing earth shattering but easy drinking.

Tap at 3 Brewers Heartland Solid dark brown/black with a frothy creamy white head that persists forever. Rich coffee and chocolate notes with hints of caramel and dark pitted fruit. Pretty solid stout!

En fût au 3 Brasseurs Sainte-Catherine. Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka pâle onctueuse et persistante. Arôme de malt torréfié, café froid. Goût de malt torréfié, amertume moyenne-élevée, pointe de caramel, harsh. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.

Enjoyed at the brewpub on Sparks in Ottawa. Pours a clean amber colour, with a light beige head and good lace. Caramel malts nose with roasted malts and light hops. Nicely malty with caramel notes, roasted malts, spices, well-blended hops and a grassy finish. Eventually, some dark fruits appear. A nice brew to warm up from the outside cold. Especially after watching the Sens Alumni game on Parliament Hill.
