330ml Bottle - Hazy amber with a foamy head. Floral, hoppy and slightly fruity aroma with notes of passion fruit and peach detected. Hoppy and fairly bitter taste with notes of dried apricot, grapefruit and caramel. Not bad, but perhaps a bit thin.

0.5l bottle courtesy of Inbreak and shared with The Great Tasting Crew. Expiration date was 2 years ago and it has been perfectly stored since then. This one is black as The Black Adder and it has a small bubbly sidesticking chocolate head. Lovely sweet roasted aroma with lost of chocolate and leather, vanilla and some coffee. It has a soft carbonation level and a silky oily mouthfeel. Deep roasted chocolaty and sweet flavors in this one. It's almost ashy and sticky with some nice oxidized tones in the background. Ends with a gigantic chocolate finish and continues with this in a everlasting aftertaste. Really interesting flavors. Thanks for sharing Kai Sindre! 30.01.2011

37.5 ml bottle @ home, shared with Belgbeergeek – thx to him: (A) black with pretty much no head (whatever head there is very briefly is bordeaux coloured) – (S) slight burned malts, dark sugar, coffee (ice cold coffee), dark fruits – (T) cold coffee (touch dominating), dark malts, slightly bitter upfront, slight burned malts, dark fruits & brown sugar going into a touch vinous aftertaste, vinous wild berries which don’t really feels meant – (B) touch oily, cold coffee, soft carb. – ok in a genre that is heavily loaded including many excellent examples

Bottled 500ml (K-Kamppi, BB 07/2013)
Amber-orange color, slightly hazy, steady medium-sized head. Aroma has yeast and barnyard, then fruity, exotic Simcoe hops in the nose. Medium-bodied, nice for 4.5% beer. Simcoe fruityness also in the flavor, then nice resiny bitterness. Some yeasty notes, they are a bit disturbing - or is it maybe some kind of combination of yeast and hops. Excellent beer for this ABV.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Jacob for this bottle! Black-colored with no head. Alcoholic chocolate aroma with some dark fruit liqueur-like notes. Sweet chocolaty flavor with light fruity notes and a drier roasty finish with some coffee. Flat, full-bodied and oily. Pretty nice.
