Notater fra Bergen Ølfestival, en alle tiders ettermiddag på Verftet i lag med Børge&Karen. Årest festivaløl serveres naturligvis fra fat: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Fint krydret maltsmak med citrus, barskog og mersmak. Panelet er fornøyd.

Can. A hazy pale golden colored beer with a small, dense white head. Some lacing. The aroma is of the fruity kind, peppery and lightly piney, almost Saison-like. Some pale malts and a vague hint of yeast. It's full bodied and nicely carbonated, with a quite heavy bitterness. At least for the style. Fruity flavor with pine cones, some pepper and generic fruityness. Some malts and a hint of yeast. Lasting hop driven finish. Nice. 240920
