330ml bottle [bottle #137]. Hazy yellowish glowing golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, diminishing, moderately lacing, white head. Fruity and bitter hoppy aroma has notes of grapefruit, lychee, orange, a herbal touch. Taste is initially bitter hoppy, later with fruity notes, grapefruit, citrus, also minimally grassy. Not directly watery, but a bit too light on the malt side. I’m looking forward to the stronger regular version.

33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #01/2012, 10,0%
Aroma is hoppy with fruits, nettles, floral notes and caramel. Flavour is sweet with nettles, gooseberry bush, caramel, some exotic fruits and hints of vanilla. Too sweet but not bad anyway.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque light brown with a lively off-white head. The hop profile is perhaps a little muddled but there’s a little citrus there too. Medium body, very sweet and fruity while the hops come out somewhat perfumy. Not all that bitter - or perhaps the IBUs are buried in sugar? 021112

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy dark orange with a fully gone head. Aroma is almost wineous, overripe fruity and dense hoppy. Dense hoppy and toasted malty. Solid fruity, raisins, sweet and bitter. Smooth overripe fruity into a bitter and lasting sweet finish.

Coppery, good carbonation. Fruit and citrus flavors from the hops, but more malt than anything.

Bottle: Hazy, chestnut-amber coloured, small foamy layer, moderately fruity-malty nose with herbal hops and a tinge of alcohol in the background; medium bodied, moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour; drier and hoppier in the cough-syrupy finish. Quite good, but not really great...
