many Thanks for this traditional beer to Koelschtrinker. Poured into Barenbier Berliner Weisse glass. Niemal bez piany, brudnawa metnawo-piaskowa barwa, z lekkim zapachem nadpsutych papierowek lezacych w trawie. W smaku kwasek, sok kwasny z jablek, nieco przyprawy jakiejs. Dziwne nieco.

3rd LCRBM. This will get a re-rate soon, because of a trade with Der Doppelbock, but first impressions are these: yoghurt and, surprisingly, some hops in the aroma. Very modestly sour flavor with yoghurt, fresh cheese and traubenzucker. Citrus. Thin, but complex and delicious. Re-rate: First rating was fairly accurate. Lychee in the somewhat citric aroma. A slight lemony sourness with tropical fruit added. pineapple, lychee, traubenzucker. Good complexity is this delicious and characterful beer, that is way less sour as the Berliner Weisse from Schultheiss or Kindl.
Prost!!

Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a dark golden color with a large foamy orange-white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy with honey, bread and a hint of beech. The flavor was sweet and tangy with tart orange, beech and yeast. Long finish with lingering beech. Medium body.
