Draft at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours hazy red, with limited pinkish foam, fine. Aroma is cherry and berries. Body is average with marked carbonation. A bit of astringency. Taste has good sourness. Finish is short.

All'olfatto arrivano sentori di fruttato. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di apparenza opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma porta note di miele, frutta secca, erba, agrumi, pompelmo e arancia amara.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy dark gold with limited white foam. Aroma is not strong, with some yeast, some piney hop aromatic, light peppery feeling. Body is dense with good carbonation. Taste has good bitterness matched with again a spiced feeling. Finish is long with spiciness.

Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal fruttato e dallo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. La carbonazione è abbondante. Il piano sottostante appare opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è fine. Il colore è arancio. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è non invadente. La forza gustativa è normale, con durata sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma trova miele, frumento, agrumi e ribes.

Bottle, thanks heavy & Erna and Foglie d'Erba's brewer from what I understand. :) 7.9%. Amber-brown, darker, hazy, off white head. Quite nice aroma, smoked notes mixing with sweet fruity notes and mild alcohol. Taste... Sweetish maltiness... Smoked, but more baked beans, in a nice way.
