Good whtie head, clear golden beer. Doughy nose; herbs too dried out to carry aroma or flavour, faintly sulphury. Pale graisn, but a soapy finsih, toilet soap, and faintly pine. Light, but very grist-slick. Decent try, nothing wrong, nothing special.

On draught at the brewpub as the "Naturbier". The beer is a slightly hazy yellow color with a medium fluffy white head that diminishes slowly. Sticky sparse patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of grapefruit and mild hops. Light body with flavors of citrusy hops, biscuit malt and a touch of spice. The finish is mildly hoppy with a lingering bitterness. Above average overall.

On draught at the brewpub as the "Spezialbier". Pours dark brown with an orange halo. Medium beige head that recedes steadily to an outer ring, and small patches of lacing. The aroma is sweet caramel malt and a touch of fruit. Medium body with a borderline cloying sweet malt character, and notes of caramel and fruit. The finish is malty with a hint of yeast in the aftertaste. Decent overall.

As Spezialbier from tap at the brewpub Dark brown bidy with a lightly brown creamy head. Aroma of burnt malts, but not very intense. Moderately bitter, moderately sweet flavour: warm and a bit spicy. Not bad, but not very complex.

Hazy amber-light copper colour; beautiful head.
Nice aroma, some nice hop and some malt.
Less dry than their Helles, smoother, round feeling, good body and texture, pretty good malt, correctly hopped; some caramel.
Good palate, with some caramel as well, not particularly aromatic, but well balanced.
Brewed with mastery, but less peculiar in the malt (or hop) than other wonderful dunkles (Haldemann Dunkles, ...).

Pale blond colour, hazy; creamy head.
Deep hop aroma, fresh, herbal, with honey notes.
Served too cold (and it's also too much carbonated), anyway it's really good; dry, good malt, strong hopping, fresh hop taste, lightly honeyish and lemony; it becomes a bit sweeter when warmer.
Very good, fresh final, not as strong as other favourites (Birrificio Italiano Tipopils and Seeland Blonde)
