Bottle, 50cl. It pours clear at first, but there's quite a lot of dregs in the bottom of the bottle, making the second glass a bit hazy. The aroma is almost exclusively apple juice, but with some apple cores and grass in the back. Cellar hints. Rather thin on the palate, with close to no carbonation. Some sourness. Apple juice flavor with a hint of grass. Short finish. Refreshing, but too much like drinking an ordinary apple juice. 240915

Bottle, 75cl. A well-sparkling golden colored cider with some white bubbles on top. The aroma feels quite matured and almost cellar-ish, with a funky hint. Overripe apple, some apple juice and a touch of generic ripe fruityness. Plums and raisin notes. It's full to medium bodied, semi-sweet and decently carbonated, lightly warming, with a very light tannin touch. Overripe apple and generic fruit, cellar, plum and grass hints. Lasting finish. Not very dry this one, but quite decent anyway. Sort of dessert cider-ish. 240413

Gusher. Big fizzy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy golden color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, overripe apples, apple winegum, grass, yeast, minerals, apple cores. Taste is slightly harsh sour-ish fruity, apple cores, bark, minerals, apple peel, sorrel, unripe apples, yeast, leafs, flowers. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.
