Not my cup of coffee.

Bottle. An unclear deep golden colored apple drink, still and headless. The aroma has a touch of caramel, but apple juice and apple pie dominates. Some lemon hints. It's medium bodied and smooth on the palate, semi-sweet, with an apple driven flavor. Some grassy, earthy hints and a touch of apple jam. Medium length finish. Feels too much like an apple juice this one. Sure drinkable though. 231216

750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2022, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Some sediment in the bottle. ABV is 7.5%. Made with 100% organic Aroma apples. Slightly hazy golden colour, pours vigorously sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Aroma of apples, apple peel and apple cores, hints of yeast. Medium dry and crisp flavour with the same elements.

500 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken, n/a dpt. Some sediment in the bottle. Hazy orange colour, moderate carbonation, small and shortlived white head. Nice aroma of apples, a hint of oak. Refreshing apple flavour, discretely sparkling, medium sweet, some fruity acidity. Might well buy again.

0,75 flaske fra produsenten, innkjøpt på Fridtjofens cidercruise august-20. Da jeg la den inn på RB ble den kansellert fordi den visstnok kvalifiserte som eplemost, så desto gledeligere at jeg nå kan innføre mine notater og minnes den særdeles hyggelige ettermiddagen på Grimo. Uklar gylden med kort bruseskum. Deilig aroma og smak av nyhøstede epler - kortreist, friskt og oppløftende.
