Bottle, 75cl, at Jæren Ølfestival pre-tasting. It’s an unclear pale yellow-golden colored cider with a small white head. The aroma reminds me of the trad Norwegian dessert called Tilslørte Bondepiker but without the whipped cream. It’s full-bodied and sweet on the palate, very smoothly carbonated, with lots of sweet apple jam. Apple flavor, fruity sweetness, some bark and grass. Lemony sourness hints. Lasting finish. A really pleasant one indeed, full-bodied and tasteful. 220812
