Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of sweet and tart apples. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sour with a long slightly tart apple finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Takk til Seremonimesteren for denne 0,75 flasken! Klar, blek strågul med kort bruseskum. Deilig eplearoma og -smak med forskjellige eplesorter, alle like gode. Frisk og saftig, og mersmaken er så avgjort til stede. Delt med Kitty og Håkon.

750 ml bottle, from the cidery. ABV is 7.8%. Clear and pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Aroma and flavour of various eating apples, medium dry, refreshing. Hints of sulphites.

Solsletta Nyttårsaften 2022. Pale golden color wit white bubbles. Aroma is apples, sulphur, sourness. Flavor is apples, sulphur, apple core, sourness, grass, alcohol. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear one, a bit pale golden in color, with some white bubbles on top. The aroma has a touch of grass, but it's mostly pure apple juice. Clean and pleasant. It's medium to full bodied and nicely carbonated, with a quite clean apple flavor. Not much else going on. Lasting finish. Really pleasant, not much complexity going on, but a fine cider anyway. 221231
