Nice fizzy shortlasting head, hazy orangy color. Aroma is strange funky fruity, buttery with a mixture of overripe sour apples, mild vinegar and yeasty homebrewing booze I remember from my childhood. Taste is slightly dry funky fruity, sour concentrated apple juice, mild vinegar, yeast, butter, flowers, alcohol, apple cores, sorrel. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Some weird shit!

750 ml bottle, vintage 2022, from the cidery. ABV is 5.5%. No sulphites. Slightly hazy pale straw colour, pours vigorously sparkling with a shortlived white head. Fresh aroma of Discovery apples. Light bodied. Dry flavour, some fruity acidity from the apples, some spicy hints.

375 ml slimline bottle, vintage 2022, bought at the cidery. ABV is 10%. Apple variety is Aroma. Clear and deep golden colour, no carbonation. Aroma of concentrated apple juice, oak and sulphites. Very sweet and intense flavour, with the same elements. Cloudy orange, no head. Aroma of fermented apple, hint of mandarin. Dry taste, fruity and zesty. Citrus notes from natural fermentation. Complex and drinkable.
