Draught, called Wit. Weak wheat aroma. Slightly cloudy pale yellow colour, almost no head. Quite weak wheaty flavour, otherwise quite clean, with a bit of spices and sweetness. Served with a slice of lemon.

Amber coloured with white lacing head, rosey hues. Nice malt aroma with honey notes, and later, diacetyl/butterscotch. Crisp malts and hops in mouth with nutty notes. Rather thin for my liking. May 2005.

Brown ale with a nice off white head. Very pleasant sweet malt, caramelly aroma, with floralhops and light spices. Nice crisp malts in mouth, light vanilla notes, barley candy, and nice alcohol warmth. Notes of coriander. Lighter bodied but very good. May 2005.

Light hazy blonde with a thin white head. Pleasantly floral aroma, peaches, with good hops character and alcohol warmth. In mouth, nice malt with crisp hops, not overly sweet, with alcohol warmth, bananas, sour points. A bit oxidized as sample was poured from an opened bottle. May 2005.

Amber color, a bit tanned head. Same toffee, honey aroma than in their pils. Light bodied with herbs and a bit of smoke. Refreshing, easy to drink but plain.
