650mL bottle, pours a clear copper with a medium with a medium white head. Aroma is very mineraly, with lots of grains, light floral hops and subdued farmhouse yeast. Flavour is identical, with a very mineraly character. This doesn't really work too well. Lack of hops and barely more farmhouse character. Not good.

375ml bottle from the Bainbridge LRS. Vintage 2014. Pours an opaque dirty brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet with dark fruits and caramel notes. Similar taste, maybe with some oxidation. Fairly dry aftertaste with some bready notes and noticeable hoppy bitterness and candy notes. Good and fairly complex stuff. I wish the barrel aged version of this would be available.

Draft - Sweet grains, light stone fruit and butterscotch. Clearish gold with a nice white head. Nice sweet butterscotch and a touch of booze on the finish. Subtle and restrained with a nice body. Decent.

One of those ridiculous 32oz swing tops, pours an opaque black with a ring of white head. Nose is huge with that promised licorice, malt, not a whole lot else. Flavor has licorice, malt, some booze. Not much else. Full bodied, sweet and sticky. The only thing this mega destroyed was my palate.

Kind of a muddy light tan. On the nose, has yeast, muddled overripe hops. Fruity hops - lots of apricotty notes, with a light grapefruity citrus character. Moderate bitterness. The malts are definitely muddled up by the yeast. It's ok. The hops are a bit messy on the nose, but at least they come through in the finish. The alcohol shows up a bit in the finish.

650mL bottle, pours a cloudy peachy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney and resinous hops, with some caramel malt, and sweet cereal notes. Flavour is quite sweet and fruity, with resinous hops, some herbal and earthy notes, and caramel bready malt. Herbal and sweet on the finish. Nothing wrong here, just not a great hop expression. Meh.
