Bottle thanks to the brewers. Drank over Xmas 2021. Pours oily black with a thin tan head. Aromas of smoke, wood, chocolate, peat, liquorice. Taste adds a salty tang to the mix, coffee, leather. Boozy finish. Nice and warming.

Bottle. The Bear, Sheffield. Deep dark brown. Tan bubbles for a head. Nose has dark chocolate. Some sour fruit. Cheap whisky. Taste is tart and dry, with a fair amount of sour acidity. Thin and dry mouthfeel. Medium to high carbonation. Tart and dry finish. Not very good, unfortunately.
