440ml can from Busby's Cellar. Pale yellow gold colour, fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of green apple, apple core, apple flavoured chewing gum. Taste is sweet, woody apple, green apple, some skin and core, with a slight biscuity oxidised note. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy finish. Abit artificial tasting.

Can. Deep artificial purple colour. Blackcurrant and blackberry cordial aroma, no apple coming through. Taste is a little better as the dark fruits are quite juicy, and better than cordial without being that fresh. There is a slight undercurrent of apple. Its very sweet but there is a certain bitterness from the berries and a slight dryness at the end. The flavour does start to drag after a while though. It needs another note in there and a bit more subtlety to balance. Average but it is better than the Strongbow version.
My other glasses are furloughed

440ml Can. Pours a nice golden colour. Taste is pleasant, sweet but not sharp although a little watery. A hint of dryness at the end. Slightly over carbonated. I cant speak for Ireland but in the UK its a cheap session cider that's pleasant, uncomplex, easy to drink and thus sells well. Nothing much beyond that.
Pink pour. Light carbonation. Light bodied. Apple and berry taste with an apple palate.
