CBF09. From tap. Pours hazy dark orange with a small off-white head. Mild sweet fruity and yeasty aroma. Sweet malt flavoured, fruity and light spiced to bitter. Hoppy and fruity flavoured finish, medium dry. Citrusy and hoppy lasting impression.

Sample at CPH beerfestival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, hops, caramel and fruits.

amber, white head. aroma is faint hoppy, flavor is sweet, alittle fruity from hops, lots of hops, for the style (flowery hops).

Clear golden with a medium white head. Sweet malty aroma with honey and caramel notes. Flavour was fruity with hoppy, malty and caramel notes. Finished quite bitter.

EBF09. Draught. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Moderqate malty and heavy hoppy nice aroma. Heavy bitter nice flavor. Long nice finish. Oily palate.

chiara una bella schiuma piuttosto persitente note luppolate erbcaee leggermente citriche fresca rinfrescante un lieve tocco di malto piacevolmente amara

ambrata schiuma discreta un po grossolana ma persistente note ovviamnente luppolate in bocca attacco netto di luppolo buon amaro non astringente unlieve tocco di malto che comunque non bilancia

scura buona schiuma persistente note tostate caffe cioccolata poco liquirixia in bocca buona tostatura peristente malto laromatica anche il luppolo fa la sua parte ma rimane piuttosto bevile sembre se amanti del tostato

Small off-white head; hazy amber-red beer. Cherries nose, but with a punch of curry herbs, Chinese 5 spices. Again Oriental spiciness in the taste, more than anything fruity. Slightly burning MF, ending grainy and lame. Medium bodied. Falling away too quickly, ending dull.

Yellow beer with almost no head. Very flowery nose, grains and dry rootspices. Dry, with spicy and flowery flavours that remain unidentifyable (not that I would know how Yerbaroot might taste...). Thin body, ending bitter-metallic. The finish is really a pity, since the rest is... interesting.
