Pint can. Kiwi aroma with notes of grapefruit, pine resin, orange, passion fruit, mango and tangerine. Pours clear pale golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with kiwi, passionfruit, orange and tangerine flavors. Finishes dry but still fairly smooth with grapefruit, mango and pine resiny hop flavors. Quite good.

US Pint can at Benny’s place Kuala Lumpur. Poured a crystal clear light golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, aromatic. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, somewhat watery, crisp, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nothing special.

5oz Pour in The Brewhouse, San Juan Capistrano on 16th April 2026. Hazed dull golden body, white crust on top. There is a slight yeastiness to both the aroma and taste, some spiciness too, liked it.

Pint can, 2025 vintage. Cherry aroma with notes of caramel, toasted malt, toffee, dark fruit and some pine resiny hops. Pours dark amber colored with a thin off white head that has little retention and a scant ring of lacing. Starts with caramel, toasted malt and dark fruit flavors as well as having a medium body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with cherry, toffee and some pine resiny hop flavors. Very good American barleywine.

Can at home. Hazy murky yellow color, medium sized white head. Aroma is lightly malty, superbly fruity and tropical fruit hoppy aroma. Very balanced and not too sweet. Lovely. Flavor is malts, again lovely tropical fruit hoppiness, fruity bitter, hoppy bitter. Lovely beer. Thoroughly enjoyed this one.
