Description
We’re Fell, a small craft brewery with bars based in sunny South Cumbria. We’ve been making beer here since 2013 and appreciate how lucky we are. We love The Lakes and will always be firmly grounded in our local area and community. We like to think of ourselves as a progressive brewery, embracing modern styles alongside our own interpretations of the classics. We love all sorts of beers in all sorts of formats, with a particular fondness and commitment to cask ale.

We’re fiercely and proudly independent. We take huge pride in the fact that a Fell beer will always be the product of a small, passionate team who are committed to what they do and genuinely have fun doing it. We make beers that we ourselves want to drink and put our heart and soul into it. We hope you enjoy drinking them as much as we enjoy making them.

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a small head. Hoppy, but a light pleasant fruitiness is more dominant in this one.

Cask @ Eyes Tap, Bradford. Golden with a small glow. Is smooth hoppy with some fruitiness to it.

Keg @ Brewery Tap, Leeds. Brown with a small off-white head. Has sweetened dark malts with roasted notes best in its nose. Has a somewhat sticky-sweet texture.

Cask. King’s Arms, Cartmel. Pale gold. Thin, tight white head. Nose has bready grain. Fruited teacake. Hint of hop. Taste is clean bitter. Some sweetness. Light body. A tad dry. Fine carbonation. Bit of a pithy bitterness to finish. Ok golde.

Cask @ King's Head, Huddersfield. Blonde with a frothy head. It's a low-strength hoppy ale, some fruit, but the advertised ginger not there. It's very easy drinking.

Keg @ Friends Of Ham, Leeds. Cloudy light amber with a small head. Steadily smooth and crisp-hoppy, with just a hint of fruit.

Hows Blackcurrant & Cardamom Stout from Fell Brewery

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Darker brown with a creamy off-white head. It's sweet from the blackcurrant, with only a hint of roasted malt in is taste, although there's slightly more in its nose.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Hazy amber with a small creamy head. Has an easy strength and is a hoppy-fruity ale with a dryness. It maintains a good body despite its low strength.
