Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Lightly hazy amber. Mild fruity spicy nose. Light-medium body with a fair amount of spicy hops and mid bitter finish. An uncomplicated, well balanced and nicely drinkable bitter.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Goldeny amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood and some mild herbal notes. Flavour is quite similar with some slight toffee and spicyness added.

Cask at the Blue Dolphin, Hastings. Golden amber with a loose white head; aroma of fresh, grassy hops; in the mouth it’s full of chewy caramel malts with a dry grassy bitterness leaving a lingering finish. A really fresh bitter.

Aroma is moderate malty, malt, earth, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, earthy.
