Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Clear, pale amber. A few bubbles of white head. Nose has bright citrus. Orange and sweet lemon. Grainy malts. Some toffee apple in the background. Taste is mostly grainy sweet, with a gentle dryness. Light body. Very soft carbonation. A tad dull, really. Soft, spicy bitterness on the finish. Smells good, but a lack of condition let’s it down somewhat.

Cask at the Craven Arms, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is pineapple, yeast, light grassy citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter with a light, watery, cirus fruit, light hop bitter palate. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at the Craven Arms, Birmingham. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy very light tan head. The aroma is pure dandelion and burdock. Reminds me of my childhood! The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth rich light, fresh, red berry fruit, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Gold. Pretty hazy. Messy, dense, bright white head. Nose has sweet toffee malts. Pineapple cube sweets. Hint of squeezy honey. Some herbal hop leaf. Taste is fruity, honey sweet, with a light hop leaf bitterness. Light body. Fine carbonation. A tad oily. Sweetness fades toward the finish getting juicy and nicely pithy bitter.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy gold. A fair haze. Film of dense, white head. Nose has a clean, soft, grapefruit and tangerine vibe. Some floral honey. Sweet biscuit malts in the background. Taste is light, pithy bitter. Soft, lip stickage. Clean palate. Nice zip to it. Citrus rind, bitter finish. Great stuff.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy, light amber. Thin and messy, lasting, white head. Nose has juicy mango and strawberry hop. Hint of pine needle. Orange zest and rind. Soft and creamy malts. Taste has soft, juicy and zesty bitterness. Nicely balanced stickiness. Medium body with soft carbonation. Lingering, juicy bitterness, that just dries out a little on the close. Great stuff.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy, deep orange. Film and a few bubbles of white head. Nose has soft peach and pulpy citrus over a pithy twang. Light on the malts, coming over sweet and cracker like. Taste follows suit, with a pithy, citrus bitterness, and light sweetness on the lips. Bright, zingy mouthfeel. Crisp, fine carbonation. Nelson hit on the end, with more zip and crispness. Smashable all day.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Pale, yellow gold. Light haze. Frothy, lasting, white head. Nose has wispy, creamy malts. Bright, citrus hop. Lots of lemon and lime. Some pulped orange. Some herbal, grassy notes. Clean and fresh. Taste has gentle, citrus oil bitterness. Definite dryness to it. Matches the clean aroma. Light body. Soft fizz. Finish gets a tad spicy, with plenty more of that citric bitterness. Thins out on the close, somewhat, but overall it’s another cracker.
