From cask at The Grove, Huddersfield, 28.03.25. Clear mahogany amber. Beige head and lacing. Aroma and taste of sweet pale malt, sweet medium rosted malt, dried berries and medium low hop bitterness. Perhaps slightly waterish.

440ml can from friends - deep brown body with a short lived tan head. Lots of buttery speculoos caramel, slightly smoked roasted notes, spicy cinnamon bun finish. Decent.

Clear and golden with a slight chill haze and a bubbly white head. Soft citrus aroma, relatively fizzy with pine, sweet citrus, malt and a lump of glorious bitterness

Can from an Asda in Luton. Was craving a proper beer but as I have to collect number 2 daughter from the cinema it has to be AF. Looks like a lager in the glass and there is a definite aroma of wet dog on the nose. It's a typical AF, not a huge amount of flavour but it does the job

(Cask at King's Arms, Bethnal Green, London, 23 Nov 2024) Black colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, coffee and dark bread. Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, nuts, dark bread, hints of ashes and a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Solid and well made porter. Very nice.
