Description
Founded back in the Summer of 2013, Beer52 was inspired by a motorcycle road trip that our founder, James Brown, took with his Dad. Stopping at breweries in Belgium along the way, he found his love of craft beer. He set out to visit a new country every month in search of the best beers, his friend Fraser jumped on board for the ride and since then Beer52 has become the world's most popular beer club.

Beer52 didn't become the UK's most popular craft beer club for nothing - we got to where we are by giving beer drinkers the best damn beers on the planet. Our resident beer experts have visited breweries all around the world, in the search of the most interesting brews they can find. We deliver a carefully curated case of these craft beers from our favourite microbreweries every month.

Black beer, beige head. Smells of chocolate and coffee. taste is caramel, bitter malt, chocolate, coffee. Rich and smooth and a touch of tangy fruit running through it as well. Just like it's Elements Project partner, this is delicious.

Black beer, thick light brown head. Smells of rich, earthy malt. Taste has the same hefty malt, rich chocolate, a bit of tangy hop on the tongue but ultimately it's really smooth. Rich, hearty aftertaste with a dash of coffee. This is rather splendid.

Clear golden, thick white head and the odd bubble. Sweet lemon and tropical fruit smell. Much mellower than it's ekuanot-hop Elements Project partner. Mango, lemon zest, grass, hop.Crisp and smooth and tastes lighter than it is, this is a really nice IPA.

Clear dark amber beer, decent head. Piney, citrus aroma. Taste is pine, bitter orange, pepper. Crisp and refreshing, I really like this with the lingering, dry and bitter hop aftertaste.

Had this one after its Elements Project partner, Zig. Pale yellow, lively, white head. Spicy, bready, citrus aroma. Taste has tangy, lemon citrus. A bit of banana, bready in the flavour too. Bitter, peppery aftertaste. Pretty nice, with a sharp and crisp taste to it.

Trying this before it's Elements Project partner, Zag. Clear golden beer, white head, lively. Light, sweet, bready scent. Taste is sweet citrus and banana bread. There's nothing particularly interesting and other than a bit of a savoury backtaste it doesn't really stay with you but it's decent.

I had this after its comparison "partner" beer for the Elements Project. Hazy yellow, thick white head. Light, sweeter aroma. Pears and a touch of grass. Flavour is really mellow. Pear again, very slightly tangy but it's mostly soft and sweet. Quite crisp though, not sickly or cloying. A touch underwhelming as the flavour just isn't distinct enough but it's pleasant all the same.
