Description
Founded back in the Summer of 2013, Beer52 was inspired by a motorcycle road trip that our founder, James Brown, took with his Dad. Stopping at breweries in Belgium along the way, he found his love of craft beer. He set out to visit a new country every month in search of the best beers, his friend Fraser jumped on board for the ride and since then Beer52 has become the world's most popular beer club.

Beer52 didn't become the UK's most popular craft beer club for nothing - we got to where we are by giving beer drinkers the best damn beers on the planet. Our resident beer experts have visited breweries all around the world, in the search of the most interesting brews they can find. We deliver a carefully curated case of these craft beers from our favourite microbreweries every month.

Bottle shared in Hackney - thanks to Paul. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. Nice aroma, some peach, pithy citrus, tangerine. Light-medium sweet flavour with mild bitter citrus rind, melon, nips of pine. Light bodied with average carbonation. Balanced finish, some crispy pale malts, pithy tangerine. Solid.

Bottle thanks to Andy at PZan. It pours clear golden - amber with a small white head. The aroma is toasty grain, grassy, pine needles, lemon sherbet, icing sugar and some cereal. The taste is crisp, dry, grass, straw, pithy lemon, tangerine, lemongrass, soda water and a touch of soap with a dry finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Fair enough, but not up to the Pilot name.
