Cask at JDW Eastbourne. A middling light brown ale - was smooth enough but didn't offer much.

The World Hour Record in cycling is currently held by Filippo Ganna. Took this first beer of the evening at an easier pace than he did. Steady sub-four percent, but not weak or thin golden ale, with a pleasant hoppiness.

Stressful pint whilst I try to find ways for my Dad to get out of Leeds or somewhere to stay for the night. I got lucky on the one train to York for the past 3 hours or so.
