New 🇨🇦 brewery ✅ nice trio of hops with Sabro pineapple meeting fleshy Stonefruit Peacharine, complemented with zesty lemony and candied orange layers of citrusy luminosa goodness, dense mouthfeel with a creamy semi sweet malts, solid hoppy close. Lovely.

Roasty, chocolately, dark malty and caramel malty aroma, notes of coffee, sugared coffee, hints of caramel, toffee, fudge, nutty overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty and roasty, slightly chocolately, dark malty, slightly alcoholic, notes of coffee, sugared coffee, toffee, caramel, fudge, a touch of treacle, nutty overtones; minimally warming, alcoholic finish.
Slightly viscous texture, smooth and soft, slightly cloying palate, medium, scattered mildly prickly carbonation.

473ml can. Murky, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, snow white head. Citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty and slightly wheaty malty background, notes of lemon, some lemon peel, lemongrass, yuzu overtones. Taste is mildly bitter, zesty, citrusy fruity hoppy, oaty and slightly wheaty malty basis with very low residual sweetness, notes of lemon, lemon peel, a touch of lemongrass and yuzu, an even weaker touch of salted lemon in the finish.
Creamy-watery and minimally oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, well balanced, very harmonious and homogeneous, almost up to a level of incipient monotony; very refreshing and highly drinkable - excellent!

Tropical fruity, minimally vinous fruity and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty malty background, notes of mango and passion fruit, a touch of gooseberry, white grapes, unripe kiwi fruit, orange peel. Taste is sweet-ish, oaty malty, mildly bitter, fruity hoppy and minimally alcoholic, hints of mango, orange, some passion fruit, a touch of gooseberry, melon, grape sugar, white grapes; minimally alcoholic finish.
Creamy texture, smooth and soft, silky palate, fine, dense, creamy carbonation.
Excellent mouthfeel, multifacetted hop flavours in the nose, more homogeneous and (relatively) monotonous taste - pretty good overall.

Hazy, golden colour with a big frothy-bubbly white head, good retention and leaving soapy-foamy lacing clouds. Some good citrus notes in the aromas, with lemon zest, orange juices and a touch of tropical fruits. A juicy mouthfeel with a little tart, a decent dryness picking up slowly in the finish. Again, all of the fruitiness found in the nose is present in the flavours. A tad more zestiness, but the juiciness really balances things. Quite a nice Pale Ale, and better than their other beer I had, which was a NEIPA, but with the 100% Southern Cross. This one has more punch.

Hazy bright golden colour with a huge, frothy-fluffy warm-whitish head, very long retention and full sticky-foamy lacing patches. Citrus zest aromas with some oats and mild grassy hops. The hoppiness is quite smooth from the Southern Cross, with lemon zesty notes and piney hints. A wet mouthfeel with some light dryness. Not a bad, smoother NEIPA, but not my favourite hop, as lacking punchiness.
