Description
To create new and unique beer styles that challenge people's perception of beer. In short: to create true Craft Beers.
The Brew By Numbers range features a handy naming convention, where the first number refers to the beer's style and the second number refers to the beer's recipe.
Initially a small scale brewer who first brewed in October 2012 based on Southwark Bridge Road, London. Moved to their current location, where a 10BBL plant is used, in June 2013.

Bottle at home. Aroma is roasted malt, lots of dark chocolate, powdery cocoa, roasty coffee. Flavour is above moderate sweet and medium roasty bitter. Body is medium, carbonation is a bit much and got annoying especially immediately after pouring the beer. A bit of a shame, because the aroma and flavour are both excellent.

Bottle at home. Aroma is fruity, citrus, spicy yeasty esters, malt, touch of orange and fruity hops, mildly floral with some tropical notes and a hint of alcohol in the finish. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Wow, this is pretty great. A nicely hopped Tripel with good body and balance, tasty tropical fruity notes from the Ella hops. Delicious example of the style.
