Rosy plum. Clea. Lightly carbonated.
Juicy plum is delicate, aromatic, gently tart and very authentic without being completely overdone/dominant. Apple on its heels at the finish, lightly juicy, fleshy, lightly tannic.
Pretty much bone dry, but not acidic. Lovely plum adds a hint of sugar, and somehow there's still enough tannic structure to produce a reasonable, medium-light body. Delicate flavors, very true, crisp, clear. Balanced and very drinkable. Impressive.

Tap @ Apres, Portland. Misty golden yellow appearance. Floral citrussy nose. Wild fermented feel, crisp with a natural apple fruit character, drying close. Not bad, if a little light bodied.

Tap @ Apres, Portland. Misty pale pink, sparkling. Light berry nose. Tart berry with a rosé-esque cider feel, very mild plum sweetness. Ok.
