I’ve been watching the Norwegian series Ragnarok so figured it was time to open up this beer.
Florence Fermentation Loki
Session IPA 5% 33 IBU
For some reason, I thought this was a saison… it looks like a hazy milky gold NEIPA. Juicy fruity citrus aroma on a medium body. It’s more pithy and bitter than I expected but really quite good and worth trying out.

Hazy yellow colour with medium white head.Aroma of citrus and orange peel nice juice with good flavour of hops and lemon good refreshing and smooth finish.

Can. Pale to medium gold, low head. Nose is koji, grain, citrus, and apples. Lots of koji umami in the flavor, rice and malt, nice citrus edge to it. There is a ginjo-ka to it. Nice.

Can. Faint nose, light sulfur, lemon, bread and crackers. Pale yellow, slightly hazy. Bitter, grainy flavor, rustic and kind of farmhouse feel to it. Catpiss hops in the nose come out later, as does more tropical fruit. Dry finish. IPL territory to me. Decent.

My last beer of the event.
It was a fun event that was fairly well run though way too many places ran out of beer midway through the day… at least the whole fest didn’t run dry before closing which has happened at some events I’ve been to…
Anyways:
Flora Fermentation Apollo Hoppy Lager 5.5%
A rough earthy hoppy lager. It was alright, decent earthy herbal hop bite on a clean light malt body.
