12oz can. Poured a hazy, very wit looking yellow color with a small, fizzy head. Aroma was big coriander and orange zest. Flavor was a touch sweeter than I was hoping for, lots of carbonation. This was okay, definitely a nice change-up from most ciders, especially if you like Belgian witbeers.

Hazy gold pour. Thin foam. Apple spice nose, lot of clove and cinnamon. Dry cinnamon and clove flavor with clove palate.

22oz bottle from the cidery, pours a clear gold, little bit of white head. Nose has apples, paint, yellow cake. Flavor is better, or at least has more, green apples, under ripe pear, some cake, some booze even, a little buttery barrel. Finishes a step beyond medium bodied with some tannins. 6 3 7 4 13

Goblet at the cidery, pours a dark yellow, no head or legs. Nose has both tart and sweet apples, cheesy, a little funk. Flavor is tart, apple, raw orange, cheese. Medium high acid, tannins on the finish. 7 2 7 3 12

Goblet at the cidery, pours a pale, hazy lime green with no head, light legs. Nose is OK, green apple, lime, yellow cake. Flavor is green apple and white dog whiskey, a little under ripe orange, yellow cake, vanilla. Nice tannins make this firmly medium bodied. 6 2 8 4 13
