Panda courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Pale golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, sulphury hint. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, skin, wood, oak, with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Clear pale golden colour, short-lived bubbly foam head and aroma of fleshy apple, citric hops. Taste is tangy and tart, apple, citrus fruity, with dank hop notes and some acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying citric hopped finish. Quite drinkable.

Can split with Shig & Jamie. Frothy, mostly clear, light gold pour. Musty, chemmy, lime & juice box, odd nose. Seltzer & peaches, very acidy, carbonic fruit, industrial booze, bittersweet till the finish. Strong forced carb, easy abv. Tasted okay-ish but the nose was way off.

We had this way late in the night & my notes are less than inspiring. At Shig's hommie's place for a cider tasting. Trusty Nerax tasting cup, can pour. Pale gold, lemony, mostly clear. Spent sharp apple & grain sweetness on the nose. Watery, lemon, earthy, creamy flesh, lingering tartness, messy.

The rare hopped cider tick. Rarely perfect, quite often bad, but I'm always hopeful. Can shared by Shiggy off-site. Pale gold, mostly clear with a slight slurred up haze. Sweet, veggie, vinous skunk nose. Canned too early. Thin, minty, off-sweet, very pithy, lemon, heavy skin in the finish. Could be better but better than average.

Can't remember if this was a can or bottle. At Shig's impromptu cider tasting. Clear, pale, active pour. Stinky sulfur fresh nose, slightly fresh sweetness. Mellow oak, mellow pith, medium minus tannins, sharp+, earthy, off-dry, creamy yeast, nice acid, a little warming abv. Fun single varietal that usually doesn't end well. Though I still believe a blend can only be better. Legit cider. Good+.
