Tap at Tria Cafe. The cider game sucks in Florida, I get it’s not growing country but come on distributors every cider doesn’t have to be a fruited monstrosity. Vent over anyways happy to back in northeast. Lovely greenish gold clear cider. Nose is green apple and forest floor. Tastes of green apples, florals, white wine and grassy. Lovely.

(On tap at Cinder, Philadelphia, Apr 12/18) Pours a nearly clear pale gold with a small white head. Notes of cava, green apple, apple skin, soft lemon/lime peel and pith, wet grass, light pine needle, minerals, a very light wine yeast feel. Off-dry at best, moving towards bone dry in the softly bitter finish but with a little sweet core. Medium bodied, average-plus effervescent sparkling carbonation. Lovely stuff, feels like an excellent sparkling wine substitute and the hopping is sensitive but very complementary.
