Brewery draught, 8/9/23. Clear, peachy-blonde. White head quick to ring. Malty, lightly spicy, clean, good mineral. Maybe a touch heavy handed on the malt? Nope, it's malty but balanced with white grape, herb and pepper. Great malt depth. Could be a shade crisper, but I'll take this all day over a thin, watery, under malted version. Clean, great minerality. Good balance.

16 oz. can from the brewery. Aroma has white grape, Honey-like grain and bubblegum. White grape and bubble gum are most dominant in the flavor. Alcohol is not really noticed until you get many ounces in. And that’s just because it warms up. Respectable.

16 oz. can dated 3/10/23. Aroma is tropical fruit, reminiscent of pineapple and mango. Flavor Is quite a bit different. Grapefruit, citrus rind, and a mild lingering herb bitterness. It is interesting how the nose and the flavor are completely different. Serviceable double IPA

16 oz. can from the brewery. Aroma and flavors are coffee, chocolate and a weak amount of roastiness. Shows a light body with a dry texture. This is my 70th dry stout rating. This is a little below average for the style.

16 oz. can from the brewery. Aroma has honey light green with a very mild smokin. And the flavor it’s mostly Helles lager with just a hint of smoke. Texture is nice and actually I kinda dig this. The key is having mild smoke.

16 oz. can from the brewery. Nose of grass clippings and lemon rind. Over the last few years I have grown a distaste for Mosaic hops. The mosaic in the strong. A lot of grass and some mild onion. I’ll grade it on a slight curve because I don’t think there’s any actual flaws. Just not my hop combo.

16 oz. can from the brewery. Roma’s lemon, orange, and light herb. For me it’s a nice drinking Witbier because the coriander is low in character. Lots of citrus characters. As it should be.

Taster pour at Rhode Island Brew Fest. It's a fairly opaque dark yellow with thin cap of white head and no lacing. Aroma is sweet candied citrus/bubble gum. Taste is moderately strong citrus, mild grape. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste with lingering light bitterness and cracker. Overall, decent strength and fruity but not a juice bomb.

Can, from the brewery. Hazy rich yellow with foamy whitish head, citrus peel aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter mandarin orange-tangerine peel taste, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Decent Imperial IPA.
